Project Details:
NEWater Service Reservoir Phase 1, located at Mandai Hill 68, encompassed the construction of a fully covered R.C. tank structure with an internal diameter of 100m and an elevated height of 15m for storage of recycled water (NEWater) which is void of minerals and “hungry” for salts.
The design requires a concrete corrosion protection HDPE liner of thickness 5mm (blue color) that can be cast-in-placed directly against all internal concrete structures which include columns, internal staircases, walls, walkways and floors.
Green Cosmos supplied 15,000m2 of the required HDPE anchor know sheet (AKS), prefabricated to the required formwork dimensions and field welded the cast-in-place stud liner panels including 100% QA/QC seam testing using high voltage holiday detector spark tester.
