Project Details:

The proposed reclamation project at JIWE covers the scope of dredging works in Temasek Fairways and West Jurong Channel, reclamation works in 3 phases, sand-key dredging and filling works, filling of perimeter bunds, soil improvement works using PVDs and shore protection works.

The project is located at the western part of Singapore.

Dredging International Asia Pacific (“DIAP”) awarded the soil improvement works to Green Cosmos which involved the supply and field installation of approximately 27,000,000 linear metres of PVDs using 6 sets of specialized hydraulic winch PVD installation machines.

Phase 1 & Phase 2 PVD works were successfully completed in May 2016.
