Prefabricated Vertical Drain is a prefabricated pocket-style vertical drain (PVD) for the improvement of soft ground made from a mechanically strong PP core and a nonwoven filter jacket specialized as Prefabricated Vertical Drain filter material.

Since 1994, more than 800 mil. lm of Prefabricated Vertical Drain had been used in Singapore Changi Airport Construction, Kuwait Bubiyan Port Construction, Vietnam Hanoi-Haiphong Expressway Construction, Busan New Port Construction, and Incheon International Airport Construction. Its quality had been proved by obtaining CE, Q Mark, R Mark, ISO 9001 Certificate.

Since Prefabricated Vertical Drain is produced with filter materials having AOS, suited for the improvement of soft soil, filter clogging can be prevented over a long term.

Prefabricated Vertical Drain is resistant to friction and scratching caused during its installation and also has a physically durable structure with a high strength.

Prefabricated Vertical Drain has a high resistance to bacteria and chemicals. Prefabricated Vertical Drain is materially and ecologically stable since it is made of polypropylene, which does not allow contaminants or hydrolysis.
